Senior Android HMI Developer (EV Scooter)

• Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Android HMI Developer with 7-8 years of experience in Core Android and Kotlin development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing digital instrument clusters, dashboard displays, or automotive HMI applications for EVs, scooters, motorcycles, or embedded devices.
• Key Responsibilities Design and develop Android-based HMI applications for scooter/motorcycle display systems.
• Build and enhance dashboard features such as speedometer, battery status, ride modes, navigation, alerts, and notifications.
• Develop responsive, real-time UI components for embedded display platforms.
• Integrate vehicle data from CAN, ECU, BMS, GPS, Bluetooth, and telematics systems.
• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with UX, Embedded, Electronics, and Product teams.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and technical mentoring.

• • Hands-on experience in HMI, Instrument Cluster, Digital Cockpit, Automotive Infotainment, or Embedded Display Systems.
• • Knowledge of Android Automotive OS (AAOS), AOSP, or Embedded Android platforms.
• • Experience with CAN Communication, ECU/BMS Integration, GPS, BLE, and Vehicle Signal Processing.
• • Proficiency in Android Studio, Git, CI/CD, Linux, and JIRA.
• Preferred Skills • Experience in EV Scooter/Motorcycle Display Systems.
• • Exposure to automotive chipsets such as Qualcomm, NXP, Renesas, or TI.
• • Knowledge of AOSP customization, Embedded Linux, OTA updates, and Functional Safety concepts.
