Developing the app faced several challenges including integration with various external services (government KYC database and payment gateways) required for verification and completion of the onboarding process. Designing an intuitive interface for a diverse range of merchants, while maintaining simplicity and functionality, was another key challenge. Additionally, seamless integration with MSwipe’s existing systems and ensuring the app could scale effectively to handle increasing merchant registrations required careful planning and robust technology.
The app utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to automatically extract and validate data from uploaded documents such as PAN cards, Aadhar cards, and other essential business documents. This approach reduces manual data entry and the risk of errors, ensuring that the merchant documents are not forged and thoroughly verified by Account Aggregators.
The app features a meticulously designed user interface with clear step-by-step guidance that significantly enhances the onboarding experience. Each step includes interactive elements such as clickable icons, progress indicators and tooltips to provide users with immediate relevant information. This approach ensures a smooth and swift onboarding process.
Through SOA (service-oriented architecture), different services (document management, compliance check and user authentication) can communicate with each other efficiently. This architecture facilitates seamless data exchange between systems, ensuring the onboarding process is uninterrupted and cohesive.
The app is optimized for efficiently processing multiple onboarding requests simultaneously without compromising speed or accuracy. Its reliable infrastructure handles high volumes with no delays or downtime, guaranteeing a smooth onboarding experience.
