The challenges included designing a scalable and reliable system to handle high transaction volumes while integrating seamlessly with large-scale merchant and NBFC systems. Additionally, it was crucial to ensure robust security to protect sensitive financial data and to adhere to stringent regulatory compliance standards, all while maintaining system performance and accessibility.
The integration of semi-closed-loop, EMI cards and cashback functionalities into the platform was successfully achieved, meeting all technical and regulatory requirements.
Started with developing a flexible integration framework to work with various card partners which allows NBFCs to use their specific branding and operational requirements. This ensured smooth connectivity and compatibility with their respective systems.
We implemented end-to-end encryption to protect transaction data, ensuring that sensitive information was securely encrypted and safeguarded from unwanted access. At the same time, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT) were part of the scope to address potential vulnerability and security risks.
Ensured compliance with RBI guidelines by integrating essential features for EMI payments and cashback processing, while enforcing penalties for non-payments to promote timely repayments and financial discipline. The APIs were securely exposed with detailed documentation, for swift integration with card issuers and third-party services.
