The platform features a visual drag-and-drop interface inspired by IFTTT logic. Users can create customer journeys using nodes to represent stages (where triggers, activities, conditions, and workflows can be configured) and links to connect them, mapping out the flow. Node attributes are incorporated to configure and manage interactions for a particular node in the journey.
